In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "High-tech Enterprise Recognition Management Measures" (Document No. 32 of the National Science and Technology Commission [2016]), the "Guidelines for the Management of High-tech Enterprise Recognition" (Document No. 195 of the National Science and Technology Commission [2016]), and the "Implementation Measures for the Recognition Management of High-tech Enterprises in Shanghai" (Document No. 21 of Shanghai Science and Technology Commission [2021]), after review, the list of the second batch of proposed high-tech enterprises that meet the recognition criteria in Shanghai for 2024 (see attachment) is hereby publicly announced.

If units or individuals have any objections to the enterprises listed, they should submit a written objection to the Shanghai High-tech Enterprise Certification Office within 10 working days from the date of publication. When raising the objection, they must clearly state the specific issues that the objected-to enterprises do not meet the conditions for high-tech enterprise certification, and provide relevant evidence materials. For any objection materials received, we will handle them in accordance with the relevant regulations.
